Benefits of being centrally run

Most junior clubs delegate full responsibility for team matters to each age group coach. This can lead to a contrast in the environment provided for each team. We believe that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts and instead combine the resources of the club. Our coaches support numerous age groups; players mix during training sessions and there is a strong ethos of the club, which is consistent throughout. This allows coaches to learn from each other and combine resources. It also makes sure that coaches are accountable and following a common ethos. Players are given the opportunity play amongst different age groups to help develop further without much disruption as they know each other well. Age groups play in a similar style, whilst the coaches bond the links. The club is based around a community ethos, where every player is equally valued.
