Developing the whole player By focusing on each individual person and not just the footballer we are able to help each player develop themselves into a well rounded young adult. To achieve this we treat every player as a unique person, adapting our methods to their individual personality. Although we coach the whole of the team, we also give individual attention to each player, not only with helping to develop their footballing skills and understanding but also in encouraging them to develop their own personality, whilst providing an environment where respect, trust and ownership of their direction is paramount.
