Development in the football club is not just restricted to the players. We offer support for players and parents/carers and also offer training and support for all our coaches. In addition we offer support and a friendly and professional environment for referees to enjoy their participation in the game.

Referees are a very important part of the game. We ensure that they are supported in their duties by all our coaches and have an environment where they can learn and develop without abuse or criticism. To ensure this, our players, parents/carers and coaches all sign strict Rules and Agreements to ensure their conduct to Match Officials is high at all times. Parents' Liaison Officers attend all games to ensure this pleasant environment .

We are always keen to support referees looking to develop and improve themsleves. If you are a qualified referee and interested in refereeing some of our games, please contact our Secretary Mike Mawson on (07500) 802309 for further information.
