Jim Buckley Downend Wanderers Under 14's Coach "When our players first joined Yate Town Development we were a bit concerned by the lads playing both Saturday and Sunday football. And in the beginning it did show a little that they were struggling. But as we later found it was not fitness but it was the guys learning different techniques and formations. Now we have 4 lads that are stronger and whose all round skill levels have improved moreover they have become the nucleus of a very much improving Downend squad which they have helped by sharing the new skills and attitude that Yate Town Development has taught them"
